STRATEGIC PLAN
As of April 2024, Sault Area Hospital Foundation has launched a 3-year strategic plan, with three strategic directions: Community Education, Growing our Donor Communities and Strengthening Operations.​

Priority initiatives will help us to maintain focus to continue to generate support for Sault Area Hospital (SAH) by ensuring our community has a clear understanding of the need to support, providing opportunities to connect their support in ways that are best for them and exploring other innovative ways to raise the funds that bring in critical medical equipment.
